Potato Dumplings For Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 egg
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Drop by rounded spoonfuls on top of hot stew.
    Cover; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 dumplings.
