Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) pastry shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs and cinnamon.
Blend well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0. Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer until center of pie is set.
