Slight Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pt. milk
    5 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 large Tbsp. butter
    6 eggs, separated
    teacup sugar
    lemon
Preparation
    Thicken milk with flour and butter.
    Cook this in a double boiler until it begins to thicken, then remove and begin to cool. While this is cooling, beat the yolks with a teacup of sugar and add to it.
    Then beat the egg whites to a stiff froth and stir in lightly.
    Bake to a light brown at 250\u00b0.
    Flavor with lemon.
