Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat well.
    Add dry ingredients, nuts and apples.
    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle butterscotch morsels over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
