Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 oz. Neufchatel cheese
1 Tbsp. skim milk
few drops hot sauce
raw vegetable dippers
Preparation

In a 1-quart casserole, combine broccoli, onion and water. Microwave, covered, on High for 4 to 5 minutes.
In a food processor bowl, combine cooked broccoli mixture, lemon juice, horseradish, salt and pepper. Cover and blend until smooth.
In a 1-quart casserole, gradually stir broccoli mixture into softened cheese. Stir in the milk and hot sauce.
Microwave, uncovered, 12 minutes on High, stirring once.
Serve with vegetable dippers.
