Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. rolled oats
    5 c. wheat bran
    3 c. wheat germ
    2 1/2 c. unsalted roasted sunflower seeds
    2 c. sesame seed
    2 c. flaked coconut
    1 3/4 c. honey
    5/8 c. molasses
    1 3/4 c. canola oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients thoroughly, add oil and mix thoroughly again.
    Heat honey until it flows freely and add with molasses to ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 in a large broiler or pans without cover for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes to toast evenly.
    Color should be light brown.
    Bake on shelf 3 inches above coils.
    Yields 26 cups, or 7 1/2 pounds.
    Can be used as breakfast cereal, on hot cereals and as a snack.
