Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
3 1/2 to 4 c. cut up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 c. half and half
Preparation

Mix the cake mix as directed.
Put in a 9 x 12-inch pan (greased and floured).
On top of cake batter, spread the rhubarb. Sprinkle the sugar over that, then pour the half and half.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
