Sweet And Sour Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can green beans
4 slices bacon
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Put 4 slices of bacon in cold skillet and fry until brown. Remove bacon from pan and set aside to cool.
To the skillet, add the onion and saute for a few minutes.
Next add vinegar, sugar, then cornstarch, mixed with the water, and salt and pepper.
Bring to boiling and remove from heat.
Add drained green beans and toss lightly together.
Pour beans in dish; crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
