Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
    oil
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
    Drop in chicken a few pieces at a time.
    Shake to coat.
    Heat oil 1/4-inch deep in a 12-inch or electric skillet to 350\u00b0.
    Fry chicken skin-side down, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Turn; fry 15 to 20 minutes longer until tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
