Potato Cakes(Bleenies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size potatoes
    1 onion
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Peel, wash and grate the potatoes and onion into a large bowl. Add egg and flour; mix well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil.
    Fry until golden brown.
