Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow pudding cake mix
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 large apples
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine cake mix with butter until crumbly.
    Remove 2/3 cup for topping and add brown sugar and cinnamon to it.
    Mix well and set aside.
    Press remaining mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan (ungreased). Arrange peeled, sliced apples on top.
    Blend sour cream and egg and spread on apples.
    Sprinkle with reserved topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
    Refrigerate any left overs.
