Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Whip eggs foamy. Add sugar, oil and zucchini. Stir well.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Pour into two loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour (greased and floured pans). After cooking for 1 hour, check and if not done, cook for 10 more minutes.
