Cracklin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising corn meal
1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 egg
1 c. cracklings
1 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients well.
Add buttermilk and egg.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until done.
