Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 c sour cream
    1 c grated cheddar cheese
    Salt
    Paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in 350 oven for 1 hour.
    Do not wrap in foil. When done, cut in half and scoop out insides.
    Whip potatoes and add sour cream, add egg and salt to taste.
    Add cheese.
    Fill potato halves with the mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
    Put on tray and put in freezer.
    To re-heat, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
