Peach Custard Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) large can sliced peaches, drained (reserve 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix like pie crust the flour, salt and margarine.
    Press firmly on bottom
    and halfway up sides of a 9 x 9-inch pan. Arrange drained peach slices on crust.
    Sprinkle with a mixture of 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
