Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups of whole kernel corn
1/2 onion diced
6 tablespoons sweet relish
1/4 tablespoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons of distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons of white corn syrup
salt to taste
Preparation

In a medium saucepan mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook about 5 mins. more. Pour in sterile jars and refrigerate until ready to serve.
