No-Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    2 cans cream soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
    2 cans water
    1 c. rice
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    mushrooms (fresh or canned)
Preparation
    Place chicken in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix remaining ingredients well.
    Pour over chicken. Cover with lid or foil. Bake 2 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Do not peek!
    Serves 4.
