Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    2 slices bacon, cut up
    2 large onions, diced
    2 green peppers, chopped
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    3 c. canned tomatoes
    1-3 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon.
    Add onion, peppers, and ground beef.
    Brown. Drain.
    Add tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
    Mix well and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
