Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 qt. chicken stock (6 c.)
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 bunches fresh broccoli
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. cream or milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in a large soup pot. Add chopped onions and cook until soft and translucent. Add flour. Cook another minute. Add chicken stock, broccoli and seasonings.
    Bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
