Bangkok Chicken-Curry Rice(Serves 3 To 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast, cut in half and skinned
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)
    parsley to taste
    dash of salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    butter
    1 tsp. curry powder or to taste
    1 pat butter
    1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)
    garlic to taste
    salt to taste
    1 c. cooked rice (or more if you want to stretch the dish)
    1 pkg. frozen snow peas or equal amount fresh snow peas (you may use less peas if desired)
    3 dried black mushrooms (get in the Chinese section), soaked per directions and chopped
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken breast with 2 cloves garlic, soy sauce, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon MSG (optional), parsley to taste and dash of salt and pepper. Marinate 30 minutes.
