Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sticks margarine
    3 c. sugar
    7 eggs
    3 c. sifted plain flour
    1 small carton sour cream
    2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    2 pkg. fresh, frozen coconut
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream the margarine; add sugar gradually, beating until there is no trace.
    Add one egg at a time, beating well after each. Start adding small portions of flour, beating into mixture.
    Add sour cream, coconut and flavoring; mix well.
    Using a spoon, stir pecans into mixture.
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
