Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast, cubed
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. condensed onion soup
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. Burgundy
    6 oz. canned whole mushrooms
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Brown beef in oil.
    Place in 3-quart casserole and add soup, garlic and wine.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Add mushrooms last 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
