Sweet-N-Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 can tomato soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender and drain.
    Mix other ingredients and cook until onions and peppers are soft and mixture begins to thicken.
    Pour over carrots.
    Can be served hot or cold.
