Chocolate Chip-Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine (room temperature)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
4 bananas, peeled and mashed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Spray 2 loaf pans with nonstick vegetable spray.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat butter or margarine and sugar in a large bowl of electric mixer until creamy.
Add milk, bananas, eggs and vanilla; mix until blended.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda; stir to combine all dry ingredients and add to butter mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
Makes 20 to 24 slices.
