Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 lb. zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1/2 lb. cubed processed cheese spread (I use Cheez Whiz)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Brown beef; cook or steam zucchini until tender.
Pour browned beef alternately with layers of cooked zucchini and cheese in an 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
Mix the soup and milk together.
Pour over the meat, zucchini and cheese layered in the pan.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
