Italian Cheese Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed, or your own dough
    1/4 c. softened butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed and/or grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    On lightly floured surface, roll dough out into 12-inch square. Combine butter and seasoning; spread over dough.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    Fold dough into thirds.
    Cut crosswise into 24 strips (1/2 inch strips).
    Twist each strip twice and pinch ends together.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Cover, allow to raise until almost double, about 30 minutes.
    In a small bowl beat egg and water together.
    Brush on rolls.
    Sprinkle with cheese and/or sesame seed.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, or until done.
