Spaghetti Sauce Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck ripe tomatoes
    4 bell peppers (medium)
    5 large onions
    1 pt. sugar
    1 pt. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    hot pepper to taste (about 3)
Preparation
    Cut up peeled tomatoes into quarters.
    Chop bell peppers, onions and hot peppers.
    In a large stewing pot, bring all ingredients to boil, then cook slowly for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    The sauce may be canned or let sauce cool and then freeze.
