Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 cucumbers
    2 qt. water
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    2 large garlic cloves
    dill
Preparation
    Boil together the water, vinegar, sugar and salt. Cut cucumbers in quarters.
    Put cucumbers, garlic and dill in a gallon jar. Add liquid.
    Store in refrigerator.
