Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 can taco sauce (small)
1 1/2 to 2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can chopped green chilies
9 (approximately) corn tortillas, cut into bite size pieces
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat and add onion and garlic; cook until onion is limp, then add the canned ingredients.
In a large, shallow dish, alternate the meat, tortillas and cheese in that order.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until bubbly and cheese is melted.
