Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 c. Minute rice (if using long cooking rice, double amounts of water)
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 can water
    1/2 c. Cheez Whiz or Velveeta
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add cooked broccoli, rice, soup, water, milk and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
