Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet milk
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 stick oleo
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large boiler over medium heat, combine 1 1/2 cups sweet milk, evaporated milk, egg yolks, sugar, salt and oleo (reserve 1/2 cup sweet milk).
    Bring to boil.
    In cup mix 1/2 cup milk with cornstarch; add to other mixture and cook until quite thick.
    Stir in vanilla and 1 package flaked coconut.
    Pour in baked pie shell. Chill before serving.
