Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1 hot red pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; cook slowly until thick, about 1 1/2 hours.
Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Pour into hot jars, leaving 1 inch headspace.
Pressure cook at 10 pounds pressure for 25 minutes.
