Northwest Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    7 c. sliced apples
    1/3 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. sugar, divided
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon.
    Mix well with apples and raisins.
    Pile into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Combine remaining 1/2 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Mix in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
    Bake 25 minutes longer (if necessary, cover loosely with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning).
    Drizzle confectioners sugar frosting over warm pie.
