Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. very warm water
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour, unsifted
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place in 2 cups warm water and stir until dissolved.
    Melt butter; cream sugar and butter in large mixing bowl, then add beaten egg.
    Add dissolved yeast to creamed mixture.
    Add flour and stir by hand until well mixed and smooth.
    Place in airtight container and refrigerate.
    Keeps for several days using as needed. Stir well before each use.
    To bake, drop by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
