Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 c. mashed bananas
5 Tbsp. buttermilk
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the sugar and butter. Add eggs. Beat well and add bananas.
Mix milk, water and soda.
Add to creamed mixture alternating with flour and salt. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Ice the cake while it is still warm.
