Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. lard
1 c. sour milk with 1/2 tsp. soda mixed in
Preparation

Sift first 4 ingredients.
Add lard, then milk and mix like pie crust.
Roll out like pie crust and spread with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Roll like a jelly roll; cut and place in small muffin pans.
Dot each with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
