Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 cups sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    6 eggs
    4 cups milk
    vegetable oil
    sugar and cinnamon mixed or powdered sugar
Preparation
    Sift the dry ingredients together.
    Beat the eggs in a large bowl and add the milk.
    Stir in the dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
    The batter should be about like pancake batter, you may need to add more milk.
