Banana Bread, Cake Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed banana
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts or raisins (optional)

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add each egg separately, mixing well.
Stir banana and lemon juice; add to mix.
Mix together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to cream mixture. Add nuts.
