2 c. chicken broth
1 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning*
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 c. uncooked rice
3 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
