Balsamic Roasted New Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 lb. new potatoes
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. minced shallots
1 tsp. fresh thyme
1 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add quartered potatoes, garlic and shallots.
Saute and toss.
Add spices and toss.
Place all on a baking sheet.
Spread in a single layer.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
