Pumpkin Butter(Canning) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 boxes Sure Jell
    4 lb. sugar
    2 1/2 cans pumpkin
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin spice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Pour into sterilized 4-ounce canning jars.
    Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
    Makes 15 jars.
