Chocolate Whip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs, separated
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water.
Combine chocolate, milk, sugar and salt in top of double boiler.
Heat over hot water, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted.
Stir in softened gelatin.
Heat until melted.
Add vanilla.
