Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, sliced and salted
    2 eggs
    1 c. real mayonnaise
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1/4 c. green pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 heaping cup white bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash until just tender with water halfway up (about 10 minutes).
    Beat eggs, mayonnaise, oleo, cheese and green pepper. Fold in zucchini and onion.
    Salt and pepper.
    Add bread crumbs. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
