Baked Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. pkg. white mushrooms
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. butter
    2 gloves minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt, pepper, oregano and parsley
    dash of sherry
    can of crabmeat (optional)
Preparation
    Brush dirt off mushrooms.
    Remove stems.
    Chop stems fine. Saute stems and garlic in butter.
    Add spices and sherry.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in bread crumbs and cheese (add crabmeat).
    Stuff into caps.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
