Tamale And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
    1 can Mexican style corn
    1 can tamales, unwrapped and cut in pieces
    salt and pepper
    1/2 to 1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
    Combine onion, pepper, corn, tamales and seasonings.
    Taste and adjust seasonings to taste.
    Sprinkle with thick layer of grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
