Reuben Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated Swiss cheese
2 (3 oz.) pkg. chopped corned beef
1 (10 or 14 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
Preparation

Combine and mix well in casserole dish. May also put in small slow cooker. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot all through. Spread on rye bread; may toast bread.
Great to serve on a hors d'oeuvre table.
