Magic Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. lemon juice
1 can lemon extract or 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 eggs, separated
4 Tbsp. sugar
cream of tartar
graham cracker crust

Preparation

Mix egg yolks, milk, lemon juice and lemon extract and pour into pie crust.
Whip egg whites, adding 1 tablespoon sugar one at a time for meringue.
