Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 stick oleo, softened
4 large very ripe bananas
1 small can coconut (save 1/2 for top)
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 tsp. milk or cream or 2 tsp. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix vanilla wafers with 1 stick melted oleo; press in pan for crust.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1/2 stick oleo and milk. Beat until smooth.
Spread mixture over crust.
