Blueberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. fresh blueberries or thawed, frozen berries
1/3 c. water
Preparation

In a 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Add blueberries, lemon juice and water.
Cook over medium heat.
Stir until thickened.
Makes 2 cups.
Serve over pancakes, French toast or waffles.
