Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. peanuts
    1 c. light corn syrup
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook sugar, syrup and water to 250\u00b0, then add margarine and peanuts
    and cook to 310\u00b0.\t(Will be light brown.) Remove from heat. Add vanilla and soda.
    Stir fast; no lumps.
    Foams up quick.
    Pour quickly onto buttered cookie sheet; don't try to spread. Cool, then break.
